About Ohio Family Realty

Ohio Family Realty, Inc. was founded by Michael J. DeAnna in November of 2002. The firm’s main focus was on residential real estate sales and remains so today.

Ohio Family Realty was created to provide clients with the best possible representation during the real estate transaction process.

The goal of the corporation is to sustain annual growth through efficient use of resources, as well as referrals from an existing client base while setting new standards for excellence.

In 2003, additional Realtors and administrative staff were added in order to provide additional experience and support to Ohio Family Realty’s existing client base.

In 2004, our "one stop shop" philosophy propelled us into setting up a joint business venture with Ohio First Land Title Agency, LLC. This entity is providing our clients convenience and ease in buying or selling their home.

In 2005, Ohio Family Realty, Inc. continues to be an industry leader by becoming the first real estate firm in Northeast Ohio to compensate Realtors on a salary, rather than a commission, basis.

In 2006 more Realtors were added along with innovative marketing programs such as our first “Ohio Family Realty Homes Guide”, “Buy A Home – Get a Free Car Lease, and free home staging by a professional interior decorator.

In 2007 Ohio Family Realty, Inc. purchased 7 acres of land outside Wellington Ohio and began planting trees on behalf of each and every client. 400 seedlings were planted and a picnic pavilion is planned for the exclusive use of our employees and clients.

In 2008, Ohio Family Realty, Inc. introduced the Lifetime Realtor Program which enabled its clients to “Never Pay Your Realtor Again”. A 30 minute infomercial was produced locally and distributed within a 7 county area.
